Why are we less than the other guys? 916 Designs is a new company actively building our portfolio of clients. Furthermore, we don't advertise, maintain a physical office, or maintain a full time development staff. Contractors we've worked with before are utilized as needed to deliver your project on budget and on time.

Our Development Process:

1. Contact us to get your estimate started
2. Gather requirements until we feel comfortable with your business and the goals of your project. Conducted in person or over the phone (free)
3. Deliver a project estimate (contract based work is also possible)
4. Present you with the preliminary look and feel of your new site
5. Build out the site while gathering your feedback about the current version, billing in 16 hour increments
6. Revise the site until we're both satisfied and goals have been met
7. Provide ongoing maintenance and support (optional)

Typical Terms:

• The project will not exceed the cost as stated in the estimate without prior consent of the client
• Projects are guaranteed to be within 20% of the estimate
• 20% of the estimate must be rendered before development work begins

Our strategies that save you money:

• Choosing the correct platform for your project, minimizing the code we have to write
• Modifying and using preexisting designs or "themes" when desirable
• Utilizing free and open source software, avoiding licensing fees
